• All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days.
• Orders that exceed 3 pounds may be shipped via UPS
• Orders that are less than 3 pounds are shipped via USPS
• Custom orders are shipped within 4 to 6 business days
• Please contact us if you need your order to be shipped to a PO Box, APO or FPO Office

Website order business or processing days are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Please acknowledge that weather conditions and other circumstances may delay your order, we encourage our customers to provide extra time so that all orders arrive on time for your very important event.
